Jingle Belles Rock Challenge #4 Pink/Green?

I have to say first that I am not a HUGE fan of pink/lime green for Christmas colors, it just seems wrong LOL..... BUT I do love how these turned out LOL

The challenge at Jingle Belles Rock  this week is to use Pink and Lime Green, so I tried a few cards and could not get it down, no matter what I tried, so I decided to paper piece some penguins from My Scrap Chick and LOVE how they turned out.
I am *ok* with the 3rd card but not a huge fan LOL
Sooo anyhoo here they are :)

Your penguin is adorable! He is sure to bring a smile to the recipient. I really like both cards; the loopy border is so fun...I think I bought that punch recently...thanks for reminding me...along with the color scheme it adds "fun" to your card!

Oh yeah, you rock with these...no doubt about it. Great job!

(I had to laugh about what you said about the pink and green and Christmas. I just did pink and green for New Year.)

well MASSIVE kudos to you for being so willing to really give pink and green a SERIOUS WORKOUT in your quest! i have to say ♥I AM♥ a pretty big fan of P&G anyway...but if i was not before i got here THESE lovely cards would've won me over. the penquins are a BRILLIANT job of both paper-piecing AND working in the color palette.

but the ruffly, layerey, fabulous, beautiful, card at the bottom??! miss stef said, "magically delicious" and there's NO WAY i can top that, so i'll just say, "♥♥♥ME TOO♥♥♥!!!" (wow!) :) :) :)

seriously, Jeanne, the third card is AWESOME! and i'm one of those who don't "do" pink, especially with green. the penguins are adorable, too.
