Best Creation - Safari Boy Line - Baby Boy LO

I took some new photos of my GORGEOUS lil Great nephew Christian the other day and when I saw this photo I knew that I wanted to use the FABBY papers and embellies that I won on the Best Creation Blog! I love this Safari Boy line, it is just darling!!

Jingle Belles Rock #6 Baby it's cold outside!

I missed last weeks *posting* not the challenge at Jingle Belles Rock.... I did that SHEW!

So I decided that since I didn't have company this week, I would do my card now and hopefully make a few more throughout the week... sooooooo I did finish this one, and then I got amigraine BLEH! But, I am going to take a rest and hopefully I feel better later so I can play again!
The challenge this week is Baby It's cold Outside, sooo hats, scarves, mittens etc.... I was going to use felt but didn't on this card.... I couldn't get it cut right lol

Anyhoo for my challenge card at Jingle Belles I used another svg files from My Scrap Chick! I know that I say it every time I use one but I LOVE these files :)

Super simple, embossed card, my svg file cut with my Cricut, Pebbles Inc Rub ons and some Martha Stewart Doilies. I think he is darling tho.....

Jingle Belles Rock Challenge #4 Pink/Green?

I have to say first that I am not a HUGE fan of pink/lime green for Christmas colors, it just seems wrong LOL..... BUT I do love how these turned out LOL

The challenge at Jingle Belles Rock this week is to use Pink and Lime Green, so I tried a few cards and could not get it down, no matter what I tried, so I decided to paper piece some penguins from My Scrap Chick and LOVE how they turned out.
I am *ok* with the 3rd card but not a huge fan LOL
Sooo anyhoo here they are :)

Hi again :) I haven't been the best blogger recently.... again no excuses just haven't done anything here LOL

I have made a bunch more cards while *crpying* with my BFF Dawn! I am getting an ice selection going :)......... here they are :)

I also took a bunch of new photos of my BFF Amber's baby Matthew (my nephew?), he is growing up sooooo fast! I can hardly believe he is almost 6 months!! He was kind of grumpy, but we managed to get a few good photos....... Alyssa was here too near the editing process so we snapped a few pics of her and Matthew together this is my fave :)

Do Something Creative Everyday!

That is what Dawn and I have been trying to do lately! We decided that we needed a reminder to be creative so we each made a sign! I love how mine turned out and I just adore Dawn's ! She is super creative and I LOVE seeing her projects :)
Cryping (crafting and skyping) with Dawn has become something that I so look forward to and we do it whenever we can!

Anyhoo here is my altered 12x12 canvas *reminder* sign :) I love it and had a blast making it! The owls are from My Scrap Chick they have some of the CUTEST svg patterns and I have to admit that I bought quite a few sets LOL

I do have like 6 cards i did while Cryping with Dawn yesterday that I still need to get photos of :)

Jingle Belles Rock Challenge 2 Inchies/Twinchies

We craft over skype together and it is so much fun!

Once again I have pushed my blog to the back burner, poor poor blog :(
I can say I will post soon, but I truly have no idea when I will again, I still have heaps of layouts and a few other things to post and just have not got photos taken......
Today when I saw Susan Stringfellow's super cute page and card I just HAD to hop on over to her Sketch Blog Sketch Savvy and grab that sketch and make a card! I love this sketch and sat in my chair for a couple of hours cutting out trees so I could CASE her! BUT when it came down to making my card, I actually made a Halloween ard instead LOL
So I have my trees ready for when I start making my cards...

So here is my card

I just love how it turned out! The scraps of Halloween PP I had laying around were perfect for this sketch too!

Here are 2 files that I have used recently, the bracket card I did for a friend of mine, I did make an envelope but cannot seem to find it....... So I will get off of here and try to edit some of the photos I took yesterday of my friend Amber's baby, I will share (erm) sometime :)

A Trip, A Couple of Clipboards oh and Files Files Files

We decided to take a trip around the North Cascades Highway over the 4th of July, it was such a great trip, really kind of quick since we only went for 1 day/night BUT we did have fun and did the whole loop. We're going back next year, the opposite way and take a few days. here are some of the photos I took along the way. Not even close to all of them but some of my faves!

Baby Shower (I am so blessed to have so many BFF's!) , so I haven't created too much, I still have layouts to take photos of but here are the *prizes* I made for a couple of the shower games, everyone loved them and I was sooooooo glad, I stressed if they were good enough.......big time lol

It's Been Awhile.....Graphically Intense Post

I have no excuse really, just got busy with life and a little (ok a LOT) LAZY!

We went fishing twice so far! I LOVE fishing! It gets me out of the house :o)

I haven't finished much of anything in past couple of months...some layouts and some new files, I actually made most of the files back in Feb and March, I just never got around to uploading anything....

I do have some great news! Andy and Kristie are going to have a BABY! They are due in October and we are all so excited! cannot wait to add another grandbaby to our lives :o)

I am going to TRY and do more scrapping, creating etc....

Hi Everyone!!
I have been going full force with my Wii Fit since New Year's Eve and I am proud to say that I am losing, toning and NOT eating junk *well ok not MUCH Junk* lol
I am loving it tho and I feel so much better, I have some nasty pounds to get rid of and with Dawn's help and encouragement I am getting there! Thanks sis I love you!

So I scrapped some stuff last week, Dawn and I scrap while talking on the phone and I LOVE IT!! She gets rid of my BLUES!!

I tried to make some cards but that did not work out *YET* since I seem to have forgotten how to color lol

I have actually scrapped a few pages lately! I am so proud of me! Working out and scrapping again WOOT!
BIG thanks to my BFF Dawn for scrapping and working out with me, you are so encouraging!!
And Serendipity Scrapbooks, for ideas, sketches and challenges! Ellen posted this challenge and of course I HAD to do it! How could you not do it with a statement like, *run over it with you car!* in there?
I didn't do that but I did splatter some stickles and used crackle paint!

I was just sitting here thinking hmmmmm I should upload some vacation photos to my blog! Well I decided to do that and add some more files, you know to make up for NOT posting for so long lol

So I tried to get them separated to add captions and that didn't work BLEH!

Yachats, Cape Foulweather, Cape Meares, Ona Beach, Oceanside, Mo's Restaurant in Florence and Lincoln City, Cook's Chasm, The Devil's Churn, The walk to the beach from the house, some creepy US pics, (my arms are too short LOL) COLD COLD COLD at Yachats, Anemones and Mussel beds at Yachats, The big Agate that Papa found, Depoe Bay............ This was such a fabulous vacation! We hadn't been to the coast in several years. It was also our first trip there *alone* :o)

It's Been Awhile!

So sorry I have not posted anything in so long, life just simply got in the way here. I barely got anything finished to give as gifts and I used *GASP* store bought cards this year! But at least I got cards sent :o)
I hope you all had a FABULOUS Christmas!! We had ours early (on the 22nd) so that Andy, Kristie and Shelly could all be here due to work schedules. It was wonderful to have my kids at home! But it also made for a very boring Birthday *mine*and Christmas Day.
I wish Kayla and Jeremy could have been here too but things couldn't be worked out so they could be here. but they will come visit soon! Shelly turned 20 yesterday! I can hardly believe it! We decided that next year we will go to them ON Christmas lol

I am so hoping to get more things accomplished next year, but who knows what will happen. I don't make resolutions, because I never stick to them lol
I have photos to share from our trip to Oregon and new photos of Kayla and Jeremy, I will try to get them posted shortly.
I made these files to use but didn't get around to it. I plan on using the bracket one shortly, I have several photos I really want to scrap and some cards to make, here's hoping that I actually accomplish something! If you take one or all please share what you create and maybe leave me some love?

Here are just a couple of the new stamps available now at Sunshine's Stamps!!! I am soooo loving these!! I LOVE snowmen and Waving Snowman is just tooooo cute!! Oh oh oh and the CAAAAAAAAAAAUTE Christmas Stocking Stamp!!!
Can you tell I LOVE these? Yep yep LOL

Here are my projects using these FABULOUS Images from Sunshine's Stamps!!!

I used the Christmas Stocking Stamp to make this altered CD *ornament* I LOVED coloring this one! The reds and greens just made me want to put my tree up! BUT NOT YET!! NOT til AFTER Thanksgiving LOL

And here is my project using the Waving Snowman Stamp
This one was soooooo much fun!! I LOVE snowmen and BLUE right now, soooooooooo he had to be donei n these colors! I am so going to make some things to hang on my walls and or tree using him!!

So sorry for the bleh photos, like I said earlier it is so ugly outside today.

OMGOSH this week has FLOWN by! I am having a fabulous visit with my sister! I am just glad I am feeling better so I can enjoy it!!
Have you seen RED HOT BUNNY from Sunshine's Stamps? He is soooo cute!! I just love this image! I know I know I say that all the time but it's TRUE! lol

So here is my card using him, I am gonna give this to my hubby LOL

The red *skittles* are not showing up very well cuz I had to take the picture inside since it's raining outside today *BLEH*. I will try to get a better photo later on.

It really looks alot better IRL lol

My lil buddy and a new file

Hi everyone! I am starting to feel better, but still have underlying ewwie stuff BLEH! Had a great Halloween! we had over 70 kids which is an all time high for us! Where we live is kind of off the beaten path even tho we live in town so we usually only get a few kids. I was very excited, dh was scaring the kids and Gus HATED IT ALL lol I will share pics of him later........

Last week Alyssa came to visit me, she stayed the night and in the morning she wanted to make something for her mom, she decided to make her a thing to hang on the wall, she chose everything, all I did was cut the paper to fit, punch the holes and tie the ribbons. She did a FABULOUS JOB! Her mom LOVED IT! This was VERY early in the morning, we got up at like 6 LOL *excuse the messy craft stuff ;o)*

She is such a lil cutie pie!!

Here is the file, it's a bracket page, I made it to do a mini album and just stretched the pages out staggering them. I got them cut now lets see if I can actually MAKE something lol

Today is my first post as an OFFICIAL Sunshine's Stamps Dream Team Member!!
I am so very excited!!

I LOVE this image of Gardener Bunny so much!!!! When I first saw it I KNEW that I had to make something for my Momma! She LOVES to garden! So I made her this to hang on her wall by her front door. It's an 8x10 flat canvas.
I found the Hat button in my stash and it worked perfectly LOL

Gus' 1st Halloween

Ok so I don't have any kids at home now for Halloween, and I have seen so many people dress their cats up and scrap them!!!!!!
Soooooooooo I decided, why not make Gus a costume? Ok I actually was going to BUY him one, but 2 things
1. NOTHING would fit him, it was all way too big and
2. If it had that was too much $ IMO to spend on a cat that will not fit into it next year LOL
Sooooo I popped into the Fabric Dept at Wal-Mart and got 2 cute fabrics, and made him 2 lil bandanas. He likes them LOL. He actually liked this one better than the other. I will post the other after I get photos of him wearing it. This cost me 50 cents per quarter yard and I barely used any of it! So I can make something else with it too LOL
Ok I know I am ODD, but a scrapper will do anything (at least almost anything) to have photos to scrap LOL
He is sleeping in his chair right now with it on, I took more photos of him sleeping but haven't uploaded them yet.
Please excuse my messy old desk and messy room *blush*

I made 2 files and wanted to share, I lost my Mojo and have NO idea where it went, if you find it could you PLEASE send it back to me?
I might find it UNDER the mess on my table but won't know until I clean it up LOL
I have been getting my house back in order since getting my new furniture, so all I have left is to put the photos and stuff back on the walls :o)

Sooooooo I am now a proud member of Robyn's Fetish DT!! I am was so excited when I found out!! She has such FABULOUS Digi stamps to play with!! She also has CUTIE FREEBIES on her blog and * as if that's not enough* THERE IS A CHALLENGE BLOG WOOT!! There is going to be a GRAND OPENING BLOG HOP TOO!! I will post the DEETS shortly!!
I am working on things to get posted but for now I have this card...

On Saturday we went and picked up DH's new smoker grill, it's a TRAEGER ......

boys and their toys LOL! I do have to say that I really like it! I made some ribs on it yesterday and they were very tasty if I do say so myself LOL

I actually got a few simple files done too, I used them myself and love how they cut!

I have a deckle punch like the square but wanted a bigger size for a layout, I am casing someone but that small one I have is just too small IMO lol

I played a little

My internet has been being funky for about 2 weeks now, sometimes it worked and sometimes not! It would boot me off when I was uploading things, so I just said naw I don't want to play with it right now LOL
I have had the telephone and tech people out several times! They ran a new line from the pole, and so far so good so here's hoping lol.
If that wasn't the fix they will be back!
So I got to play, not that I can't any day I want to....... but, well, I *DID* finally play LOL
I used some digi stamps from PINK PETTICOAT on these 2 cards...they are called Frillie Millies and they are sooooo cute!! I actually used Markers on these O.o I am still not sure if I like them and can now say that I honestly tried to use them.......
Sorry for the bad photos, it's early and I took them in my scrap room.......

This card I made using digi stamps from Doodle Palace I used the scarecrow and pumpkins from the Fall Set, I used crystal laquer and stickles on the pumpkins. I just LOVE this set!!

I did this layout cuz of a challenge at Serendipity Scrapbooks that Kristin posted about scraps, you can find it Here ...

It is to use scraps from larger leftovers, I grabbed the leftover papers that I used on my canvas Here ... I LOVE these papers and really don't ever think much about using my scraps O.o

I know, I know I am bad about it, but I just hate digging lol

Hi there! Sorry I went MIA again, I had a busy lil bit there! I got my furniture, bed and had Gus *fixed* I keep him inside, he NEVER goes out, so I also had him declawed... I know I know I am a bad mom, but my legs, arms and back say I was a good mom for not HURTING him for all of my scars from his little razor nails lol THAT and I have all new furniture and want to keep it that way LOL
He is FAB and not even outwardly upset by things not being there :o)
Andy and Kristie also came to visit! It was so much fun!!

Soooooooo I played quite a bit today! I used some of Dawn's awesome digi stamps again! I LOVE this mug!! I used it twice today! I have heaps of the other images printed and ready to color too! I think my MOJO is back! *ok for today anyways* LOL
anyhoo here are my cards!

IF you haven't hopped over to my BFF DAWN'S Blog, * I am thinking WHY NOT?!?* you really should tho! She has some FABULOUS digi stamps to offer and THEY ARE FREE!!!!!!!! She is an amazing and very talented lady! She does this cuz she LOVES it, but she also LOVES the comments *excuse the language here* she is really a comment HO! lol *Aren't we all tho?* Hee!
But really she doesn't ask for much really, think about it, you get FABBY FREE digi stamps, and she asks for NOTHING except a comment, thats all, just a hey cool thanks ya know?

I have some freebies, creations, photos and an explaination LOL So if you don't care to hear the babble scroll down for the SVG and GSD files, if ya don't mind listening to the babble please read on LOL

Ok so I have been getting better and decided I was sick of looking at my old furniture, and one day DH and I both woke up and found out that we didn't really like our bed anymore! I really think it's cuz we slept on Derek's bed at Christmas and loved it LOL sooooooo I have been out buying things and redecorating my house, I am not even close to being finished but I am liking what I have so far! I got my new sofa the other day and it will be delivered today, and as an added bonus a new counter height table! I have wanted one of those for soooo long! Oh and I also got us a Vera Wang Serta mattress set it's the glitter something ( GOTTA LOVE the Labor day sales!!) Oh and the lady that helped me out when I went to Walker's was AMAZING! *side note* ( I do not like pushy sales people and the guy at sleep city was very pushy and IMO stood WAY too close to me, it is just annoying and rude IMO so I went to walker's which is where I should have gone to start off with LOL) anyhooooooo........

here is our Sofa, Table & Chairs and our new mattress set. I couldn't find a photo online of the bed frame ( I downsized from a king to a queen) but when it gets here I will post a photo ( I think it will be Friday for the bed)

Oh and ( I know I have lots of OHs in here LOL) the lady that helped me out at Walker's gave me 2 of the cutest stuffed sleep number sheep, I am giving them to Shelly, she loves them and wanted to be one when she grew up! BUT has decided to be a counseling psychologist instead (SHEW) lol

Thanks to these AMAZING sketches I have actually been creating! I am LOVING Suz's Sketches that she has been doing for Serendipity Scrapbooks Challenges

here is my page

You can't see the stickles on the chipboard but it's pink, Gus decided to play in it so it's still a little wet LOL
I am almost iffy on too much pink with dh in it, but it is mostly red lol
Just a bunch of diff papers,Bo Bunny, Daisy Bucket, Sassafras some dew drops, buttons, stickles, swirls are old bobunny chipboard, Inque chipboard heart, old vellum quotes from DCWV, ribbons are pre tied bows that I got after Christmas lol
the flowers are files that I made for my Cricut and cut them out,
same with the tree, although it started out as a font, I couldn't use that so I messed around with it and this is what I ended up with LOL

Over the weekend I found some amazing challenge blogs! I was so excited cuz I have all of this new stuff and no OOMPH to use it!

So this morning I am surfing, looking around the blogs and find that the If the Shoe Fits..... Scrap It Blog has this great sketch! Now if you know me at all you know I am not a SKETCH girl by any means at all, but this one JUMPED out at me!! I even challenged Dawn to use it! I cannot wait to see what she does! I am also going to use it on a card!!

I cannot believe I have made 96 posts already! WOW! I might have to do something fun for my 100th post!!

Still feeling icky off and on, *eww* but decided today I was going to do something, granted part of it involved taking a nap tho LOL

I have been sanding and repainting an awesome punching bag stand that hubby picked up for me thru craigslist! He is so awesome! I bought a 80lb heavy bag a couple of months ago and we were going to hang it from the ceiling but decided not to, and then I about gagged when I saw how much a new stand was so we started looking around, we got the stand and another bag for 40$ so I cannot complain LOL

I am painting it black and decided since it's MINE I will add some polka dots and maybe some flowers that I cut out with my Cricut LOL

My little Gus is getting bigger and he is so darn cute! I will try to get a page or 2 scrapped of him shortly. His eyes always turn red when I take his photo, so I have to edit them UGH!

Ok anyhoo I am so babbling here......

I am so sorry I have been away again, I got sick again and then I was busy with kids, my kitten, my house and my hubby... I will get caught up and post some new things ASAP!!
